No liability

Neither the developers nor any affiliated parties are liable for any losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the site or the contracts, including loss of funds.

Unofficial, community-made

The Unofficial Staker and usRSUP are community projects. They are not official Resupply products. The developers receive no fees from either product and stand to make no profit from their use.

Your responsibility

• Review and understand the contracts before using them. You are encouraged to run your own copy of this UI.
• You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you sign.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.

Risks

Using these contracts involves risk, including but not limited to:

• Bugs or vulnerabilities in these contracts or in the Resupply contracts they depend on.
• Changes made by Resupply governance, which can change parameters such as fees and cooldown schedules.
• Admin control: the contracts have owner or operator roles. The usRSUP owner can change its settings and has an emergency function that can make any call from the vault.
• Withdrawal delays: exiting through a cooldown takes weeks, and upstream issues can delay it further.
• Market risk: the Curve price of usRSUP can differ from its share price, and token prices can fall.
